Promotion of User Content: By posting User Content on our Services, you grant Violet Rush a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of promoting the Services and your content. This includes the right to share User Content on our website and other platforms, accompanied by Violet Rush branding and the artist’s name or identity, as applicable.
c. Social Media Accounts: By signing up for our Services, you authorize Violet Rush to access and review your social media accounts to curate and post content on our platform, adhering to the same terms as described in this section.
3. Event Managers
a. Event Booking: Event Managers who use our Services to organize events are subject to these Terms. All event details, including date, time, location, and other relevant information, must be accurately provided.
b. Cancellation Policy: If an Event Manager cancels an event for which they have booked through our Services, they may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
4. Products and Services
a. Quality of Services and Products: We strive to provide services and products to the best of our capabilities. However, we do not guarantee that the Services or products will meet your expectations or be free from errors.
b. No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with any service or product purchased through our Services, we are not liable for any refunds or exchanges.

14. Definitions
Definition of “User Content”
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User Content” refers to any original content created and shared by users on public platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, audio recordings, and other forms of multimedia content that users create and make available to the public through various online platforms.
Ownership and Use of User Content
By posting original content directly on violetrush.in or any of its associated properties and platforms (collectively referred to as “Violet Rush Platforms”), users acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the ownership and use of their content:
- Transfer of Ownership: Any original content that users post directly on the Violet Rush Platforms will become the property of Violet Rush. This includes, but is not limited to, any text, images, videos, audio recordings, and other forms of multimedia content that users upload or otherwise make available through the Violet Rush Platforms.
- Creator Attribution: While Violet Rush will assume ownership of the content, the original creator of the content will be duly credited and acknowledged as the creator. This attribution will be made in a manner deemed appropriate by Violet Rush, such as through tagging, bylines, or other forms of recognition.
- Rights and Permissions: By posting content on the Violet Rush Platforms, users grant Violet Rush a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media or distribution method now known or hereafter developed. - User Responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other proprietary rights. Users warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for any third-party content included in their submissions to the Violet Rush Platforms.
- Content Removal: Violet Rush reserves the right to remove any user content that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of this Privacy Policy or any applicable laws and regulations. Users acknowledge that Violet Rush is under no obligation to retain or provide copies of user content and that content may be permanently deleted from the Violet Rush Platforms without prior notice.
- Limitation of Liability: Violet Rush shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of user content posted on its platforms. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Violet Rush, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with their content.
By posting original content on the Violet Rush Platforms, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. If users do not agree with these terms, they should refrain from posting content on the Violet Rush Platforms.
